Silver Lake's sunset junction underlines the distinctive characteristics of the residents’ ability to remain active and enjoy a unique way of life. This exceptional blend is based on two fundamental components. The basic foundation of the community's origin, and the dynamic quality of its inhabitants. The design approach utilizes two basic shapes that come together creating a unique representation of the primary qualities that make up the community of Silver Lake. The first approach was to elevate the ground and create a slope that changes direction. The second element represents the eclectic creative source residing in the community of Silver Lake. it consist of an articulated sculptural band that intertwines the first element, complimenting the qualities of both.
